Order with backordered item disappeared

Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Pathfinder Lost Omens, Rulebook, Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber

I ordered the Critical Hit deck, the Pathfinder goblin shirt and the Yes they are natural shirt (which was on back order) and the order has disappeared, any ideas?

If you do find it I would like to change the Yes they are natural to the Baby Doll version in a medium and everything else stays the same.

Hmm...

Do you have an order number and/or the confirmation email from the order? If you have the confirmation email, please email it to customer.service@paizo.com so I can check it out. If you have the order number, please post it here.

Otherwise, I do not have any record of this order.
