I chose to get store credit with my left over subscription and I was wondering WHEN will I be able to get to use it? I've currently got over $100 in my cart and want to get those things I've selected as soon as possible.
Store credit will be added to your account in September, 2007.
We haven't determined an exact date yet—we expect that it will create a lot of work for our warehouse team, so we need to make sure it won't coincide with any other major efforts for them (like shipping Pathfinder 2).

My son is incarcerated at FCI Butner NC. We had gotten him a subscription to D & D. He says he has a letter saying he has $40.00 credit. I think I ordered the magazines through Amazon.com (I really can't remember) but according to Daniel's letter, the credit is suppose to appear on your website.
I just created an account, how do I get his credit to reorder the book he wants?
Thanks

We haven't issued the credit yet—that will happen later this month—but you should contact customer.service@paizo.com with your son's details so that they can connect his subscription to your account.

We're wrapping up some final adjustments to our system, so it will happen soon.

Everyone who's selected store credit as their transition option should now have it available. (Check your email!)
Going forward, if you haven't made your selection yet and choose store credit, you'll get the store credit granted immediately.
(This also applies if you've already chosen to get a check refund -- you can still change your mind and get store credit immediately.)

When you click the "Select Payment Method" button, at the top of the next page you'll see a box with your store credit.
If you don't see a "Select Payment Method" button and instead see a "Place Your Order" button (ie, you've already selected a payment method and want to go back and apply store credit), click the "Edit" button next to your payment method.
