I have an ongoing Pathfinder subscription being paid with a credit card and I was under the impression that I would be charged 13.99 plus shipping for each installment but I was charged 19.99 plus shipping. Is this a mistake or was I wrong?

It appears that you were incorrectly charged. I apologize for this, and I have already credited the overcharge back to your card. I will look further into your subscription and make sure this doesn't happen again with your next volume, but if it should, please let me know immediately.

I had a payment issue with my Pathfinder subscription, but I fixed that a couple of days ago, and wanted to know when the actual magazine is to be shipped out now. I haven't heard anything about shipping (or a PDF download), and others I know with subscriptions have. Just curious. THX.

With the resolution of the issue with the payment method, your Pathfinder went back into the shipping queue. It should be shipping soon.

The display system is bugged again - when I signed up for the transition option it said I had 4 converted issues and my ongoing subscription would begin with PF#5. It continued to say this consistently until #1 shipped. Now, with #1 shipped, it says I have 2 remaining converted issues and my ongoing subscription begins with PF #4.

The original display remains to be the case. Your ongoing subscription will begin with Pathfinder Volume #5.

I had 11 issues left and right now "My Subscriptions" says I get the first 2 free and then I start getting charged, and I thought I was getting more 1 or 2 more than that.

It appears that this is the same glitch. You will be getting the first three volumes of Pathfinder from your remaining D&D issues.
