My Dragon subscription was started by my mom, but my mom switched jobs, so her email is different now. So I don't know how to tell Paizo that I want to switch to Pathfinder, because it says my email account has no subscriptions with them.....
What should I do?

The subscription works via account, so as long as you have the login that was associated with that e-mail, you should be able to see the subscriptions, and post using the account, asking for them to be transferred to the new account. If you aren't able to log in to it, I'm guessing you'd probably need to get in touch with Paizo and your mother and find some way of verifying you are who you are and then merging them.

I ordered the D&D for my son who is incarcerated. I think we ordered it thru Amazon but he has been notified he has a $40.00 credit with you. The problem is, I don't have any way of accessing it. Please advise what I need to do. He has told me what to order, but I don't have the credit. thanks vg

Please send us an email to customer.service@paizo.com containing the mailing address to which we were sending your son's subscription. With that information, I can associate his subscriptions to your Paizo.com profile and you will be able to redeem his remaining subscription credit via our transition tool.
