For some reason, when I go to download Pathfinder #1, Windows is blocking the file. The file downloads, it's 25+ MB, when I look in the ZIP file, nothing is there. I go to extract it, and it says that Windows has blocked the file. I right-click on the file, choose properties, click Unblock and apply. I open the ZIP file again and it's still not there...
Does anyone on the Paizo end happen to know why this is happening and how I can go about fixing it?

I'm not familiar with the concept of Windows "blocking" files. Any way you can temporarily turn it off while you're working with this file, and then start with a fresh download?
I'd also suggest trying a different unzipping utility.

There was an issue in the naming of these PDF's with which Windows (WinZip, in particular) had a problem.
This has been fixed and you should be able to re-personalize and re-download the file.
