I've buy a month-to-month subscription to get the last Dragon Magazine.
I was charge 6.07 on my credit card and I paid that bill as soon as I receive it.
A little bit later I receive a notice from Paizo saying that the last number would cost 8.35 instead of 6.07$. Since I already paid the bill of 6.07$ I though that Paizo would charge me the difference between 8.35 and 6.07 on my next bill. Instead they charge me another full 8.35. Is there a way to correct it?
I'm sending a email at customer.service@paizo.com too but the last time a sent a email to this email adresse they never response to it. That why I'm posting here.

The first charge, for $6.07, was for your Dragon #358. The second charge, for $8.35, was for your Dragon 359.
You should have already received Dragon 358 adn Draogn 359 will still be on it's way to you.
Thanks,

No, I can even see it in my order history. I didn't order dragon #358 because I already receive it from my 12 month subscription. Anyway, I've only ordered one issue with the month-to-month subscription.
I didn't receive issue # 358 and/or 359 yet but that ok because I'm living in Canada and always receive my issues later.
Please correct the situation as soon as possible because I don't want to paid it on my credit card yet and I don't want to paid interest for it.

Is there somebody who can answer me?
I won't have access to internet for a few days and I have to paid my credit card before the end of the month.
I didn't receive any answer by email too.
Hi Billy,
Actually, your paid 12 month subscription ended with Dragon #357, which is why #358 was charged to your card and started your ongoing subscription. We apologize for any confusion!
(Your email was also answered on Monday the 20th. It could have been caught in your spam filter.)

I actually had the same thing happen to me:
My subscription ended one issue short of each magazine, so I purchased one of each to ensure I'd get Dragon/Dungeon right up until the end. About a month later, there was a price hike on the final Dragon, because it was packed with goodies and cost more to produce, conceivably. The charge to my credit card was also $6.07. Seemed perfectly normal (despite not being asked first, which was semi not-kosher, regardless of the fact I would have definitely said yes), but now I see I have a store credit for $5.19? Oh well, it will cover the shipping on something eventually.

Ok but I'm still wondering why I can't see it on both my order history and email. There is no trace that I've ordered issue # 358.
Anyway, I want both issue and I won't have access to internet for a few days (I'm moving) so I'm gonna pay today.
Thank
Hi Soularm,
The order for #358 was covered under the order for the month-to-month subscription. This is why it is not showing up under its own order. (This of course, has changed with Pathfinder and the GameMastery modules.)
Dragon #358 was shipped to you, and was not covered by your 12-month subscription.
