Dragon #359 - Shipping Damage

Hello Paizo!

I got my final issue of the Dragon the other day and the cover was shredded during shipping. The plastic wrapper was torn in several places and the magazine itself is ripped in numerous spots.

Is there anyway to get a fresh copy sent? I can send back the damaged one if you want. Normally, I'd just go buy another (Like I have had to do several times in the past several months - damage has been present nearly as often as not.) But, since this is the last, the price is a bit more than I am willing to spend seeing as I had already paid for it. (I had just renewed for 3 years on both Dragon and Dungeon shortly before "The Announcement". Plus, I'd rather get it from you guys since you have been so great with providing us with a pair of quality magazines for the past few years.

Please let me know how to proceed.

My copy of 359 came today, and was also damaged in shipping (though not nearly to the degree of MongooseMan's (The front 1/3 of pages have two small tears at the top and the spine is scraped down to the pages at the top, meaning the part where is says 'Dragon 359' is almost torn off.) What is Paizo's policy on shipping damage?
