Ok, I just finished preordering everything from the '08 Q1 news release...
Maybe there should be a Paizo Subscription that once a month bundles everything you select from a list of product catagories and ships them out!
Let's see...I'll take Pathfinder, Gamemastery Modules, Pathfinder supplements (Gazetteers, map folios, monster compendiums), and Item Cards.
a quick question -- if you preorder do you pay now or when it ships? I thought it was when it ships, but I want to make sure before I order.

Check out the FAQ, it says you get charged when the item ships. Otherwise my wife would have taken away my card a long time ago.

It's optional material if you want it, such as world maps, etc. You don't have to buy it to run Pathfinder or any of the Gamemastery adventures from what the Paizoians have said.

the other things are purely optional - you don't want the critical hit deck? then don't buy it... same with pathfinder - you get everything you need to use with them, but you can buy the monsters revisited to get a more detailed feeling of the included monsters, or the map pack.. none of these are included in the Pathfinder subscription because they are not needed to play, and many people don't use maps at all - whereas if you had gotten parts 1and 2 then part 4 of the AP no matter who you are you wouldn't be able to experience the entire path as written (unless you hate Logue's work.... But that's just Pett in that boat...)

I have a Gamemastery (modules) subscription. I have a Pathfinder (charter) subscription. But I still have to purchase everything else Paizo makes individually.
Wouldn't it be grand if there was a Paizo subscription and you could pick and choose from all their product categories individually? Then, once a month everything gets bundled up and sent to you easy breezy.

No kidding aside, it would be a lot easier to get a monthly bundled package for each of these.

Pathfinder subscriptions include the monthly volumes of Pathfinder, but not the supplemental Pathfinder Chronicles titles. (If you're a Charter Subscriber—meaning you've signed up for an ongoing subscription before next Monday—you also get the Player's Guide to Rise of the Runelords.)
GameMastery Modules subscriptions include the monthly releases in the GameMastery Modules line.
While we don't currently plan to offer subscriptions to other parts of the line, we're not ruling it out for the future. However, we're working on giving you the flexibility to ship other items with your subscription items, so "Paizo junkies" like you will be able to save on shipping costs.

Some of this is yet to be determined, but I think that when you place an order, you'll be able to choose to ship in-stock items along with your next module.
