Missing #149

ok, condensed version here as i've sent an e-mail of my grievance.

never got Dungeon #149, though i got #150 in the mail today.
this is NOT the 1st time this has happend. you never compensated me for failing to mail correctly the first one in my subscription (started Gencon Indie, aug '06, at your booth no less). the reply claim was that it was mailed to 1212 coronado, not 1214 (my correct address). not my error, but again, i was never compensated or even given an apology to say the least.
for what it's worth, the people that got me subscriptions to both Dragon & Dungeon were counting on them as well as me, they are my friends/PC's, and i, the DM.
i gave up on that first missing isssue, but again? #149 missing as well? what the Hell? i could understand the previous mistake and grudgingly accepted being screwed out of that #138 (woman in red, archnid-esque coverart i think), but twice is now a business problem. please do not let this become a legal one.
i do not plan on using my remaining credit w/ Paizo to get a back issue that was already paid for in the first place...

I also have not yet received Dungeon 149. Since it's the "August" issue, that means it was out in July, and as of Aug 16 I still don't have it.

At this rate, everyone else will already have received and read their _final_ issues before I even get to see the Penultimate ones!


Add me to the list of folks missing issue 149. I was finally getting around to putting all my Dungeons away on my bookself and realized I was missing 149. I checked the website and looked at the cover to make sure I hadn't misplaced it, but I have never seen it before. I do have 150 already so it not just late.
