Alright it says in her "meet the iconic" writings that tattoo magic plays both aesthetics and function as part of her character and is part of her personality... my question is...
What is tattoo magic from? this is really familiar and I would like to know where i can find more on this. I know of the tattooed monk and I think some psionicists can use tattoos but she is a sorcerer. Does anyone know what this could possibly be from? Or will this be some kind of pathfinder ability thing?

I assume it's something new as just about everything that's produced by WotC but isn't core is not OGC and therefore not available to pathfinder.

The explanation I'm using right now: Varisian tattoos are a long string of mish mashed, overly stylized Thassilonian characters. Thassilonian is the dead tongue of scholars, intellectuals and archanists. It's also the language of magic. Thus, the tattoos make their bearers a sort of living pidgin scroll. Wizards see these tattoos a bastardization of scholarly pursuit, since they die with their owners (unlike books) and most don't make grammatical sense. But they seem to work well for sorcerers who view the language more like art than a field of study.
I make it only available to sorcerers. It's a blood + ink thing ;)

It's in the Player's Guide for Pathfinder. Feat, basically +1 caster level to a school of magic (prereq spell focus, small school of magic for it) and the ability to cast a 0 level spell constitution bonus times per day based on school of magic.
It's similar to the Red Wizard feat in Forgotten Realms... but better.
