Hello,
I was sitting around waiting patiently for D0 when I received my copy of D1. Since I already got it on pdf it's not a big deal. However, I am just a bit concerned that it might have gotten lost in the mail or some such.... What sort of course or action should I be taking?

Your D0 was shipped out to you on 6/21 via USPS. The estimated time in transit is 3 to 10 business days, so it is probably still on it's way.

Your D0 was shipped out to you on 6/21 via USPS. The estimated time in transit is 3 to 10 business days, so it is probably still on it's way.
