Considering this customer is spamming the boards horribly and in completely inappropriate areas, I wasn't going to respond, but I've never had an issue with them either. I'd say there was likely a problem with the shipping company (I work in shipping, trust me, it happens), but you aren't likely to engender any goodwill from the people that might be able to help you track down your order by spamming their boards and sullying their good name needlessly.

I understand that it may be frustrating, but Paizo has a one of the most honorable and professional customer service staff that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Most likely the issue it with the mail or some other simple fix. Please in the future try harder to deal with CS and don't flame them on their own boards.
And if for some bizarre reason you feel like emotionally spewing your frustration, do so in the Customer Service section of these messageboards.

The whole process should have been tracked from beginning to the end. I send a lot of product myself as I own a book store. Product is ordered and gets IDed. After that it gets shipped and info on when it was sent and how gets recorded as well as a tracking number. After that the shipping company delivers the product and somebody signs for it.
The only time I'd tell a customer that they are SOL is if I have some kind of a signature from the shipping company regarding an order and yet the customer is complaining they don't have the product. Even then I'd be offering suggestions. In my experience a family member, friend or neighbour is usually who did the actual signing.
Anyway there is no point in ripping you off for $100 bucks worth of mini's. Your more valuable as a customer who comes back again and again. I have no idea what Paizo gets for those mini's but its not $100 worth of profit. Maybe $30-$40 would be their cut. So ripping you off for big net profit of $30 bucks is pretty freaken unlikely. It makes no sense in terms of running a business.
Work with customer service and get your problem resolved.
All that being said you have one final recourse. Presuming you paid for this with a credit card you can simply refuse payment. At this point its up to Paizo to prove to the credit card company that product was sent and eventually signed for.

Might not be paizo; in my area mail is delivered by contractors one of many and post for are whole city is uhm; problematic. I doubt Paizo has much control over a package after it leaves their docks, dont you have a tracking number or something? I know of one delivery company in town that has fired several employees for mail theft; which is a felony. I have had some order problems though; but paizo always jumped right up and corrected it; their customer relation peeps are awesome; and I hope the revamping they have done in their warehouse and delivery system runs more smoothly; I had a lot of problems getting my Dragon subscription going; took two years, but was pretty smooth once it got going and my Dungeon is fairly reliable once I switched to that. If it were any other company I would have cancelled and screamed bloody murder, but I love these guys mostly due to these forums and their wonderful response team. hehe; you probably really want your minis though; I have little interest in their products but buy some just to support the company so they stay solvent; when I ordered t shirts for all my players from one of the links; they came right away no issues; but that might be someone else.

Some random dude on the internet says not to patronize my favorite bunch of gamers who happen to run a company that sells cool stuff? Well damn, I'm on that bandwagon.
As other posters have noted, you should contact customer service. Paizo is full of the kind of guys that would drive the stuff to your house if necessary to provide good service. I'd give them a chance to solve your problem internally before b*!&&ing on their boards.
And if you must b&@~!, there's a little secret I want to tell you about. Grammar! That's right, you too can use it. Try the shift key - when used in conjuncture with any other letter, you can actually use CAPITAL LETTERS! Capital letters are useful because they tell your reader when a sentence begins and denote proper names and the pronoun "I".
Yay! We all learned something.
