Issues never sent?

Customer Service

Looking on My Subscriptions it says that you sent issue #354 on 03/06/07. Then it says that you are shipping issue #357 on 06/05/07. usually it would tell me the last issue shipped and then when the next one will be sent. I didn't receive those issues in between, why were they never shipped to me? Or is this a simple computer glitch?

It seems you are not the only one with that problem. As of today may 28th, I am still waiting to receive Dragon #356. I left a message at customer service yesterday but since this post is on the same topic I decided to try overhere as well.

There is no bad feelings on my part. I just hope you will be able to straighten this out and ship my missing issue soon.

This is a great time to be with Paizo (the final issues of Dragon and Dungeon and the start of a new product) I just dont want to miss any of this.

Thanks

Addax,

I have sent you an email about your subscriptions.

Balafre,

I'm sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your magazine, rest assured that we will make sure that you get your issues. However, while most will arrive much more quickly, subscription issues going to Canadian addresses can take as long four to five weeks to reach their destination. Therefore, please let me know when an issue does arrive, and I will get a replacement sent out for any missing issues.

Thanks,
cos

Thanx Cosmo, it did arrive today. Canadian postal service can be long with periodicals.

It appears that your subscription actually started with Dragon issue 357, so you will need to contact your editor for your contributor's copy. I apologize, because I really hate passing the buck like this. However, they have their own inscrutable and eldritch system to manage these things and last time I tried to bypass them, they tried sacrificing me to one of the Nameless Horrors they keep chained up* back there.

Thanks,

I am also waiting for #356. I know sometimes the periodicals take a while, but it's been roughly 4 weeks now.

Of course, I have first hand experience indicating that my mail carrier is a lazy moron.

Thanks, Cosmo. I always try to wait at least a month, I know how the USPS can be. It's been hard, though. The June issue is almost always my favorite.
