It was aimed at people that don't really have the 'feel' down. Read: not you. Remember, you're the DM.

Anyway, Amahra seems to be completely replicating the experience of a tabletop game-

I listen to both Seether and Coheed & Cambria. Both bands contain a lot of angry music, with a lot of themes related to betrayal, suffering and the occasional payback.

I was simply stating that if that is the type of music that fits the general "mood" of the campaign, our poor characters are gonna be in for a bumpy ride.

I'm having cable internet installed in my appartment on Friday. I don't expect to have any problem, but if you guys don't hear from me for a couple of days, thats why.

Also, Halo 3 Beta launches next week (hence the need for hi-speed), so I'm going to have to split my free time between D&D and Halo (hard choice). My posting frequency may drop to once-a-day. If this causes a problem, let me know.

Where's Arctaris? He hasn't posted on Amahra or Grimmbold Manor in days.

Male Impoverished Student 2/Amateur Chef 3

I apologize for my recent abscences. I just posted on the campaign thread and I am about to go to the Grimmbold Manor thread. My internet access will be iffy until tomarrow night.

Male Human Figher/8 Rogue/3 Ranger/2 Slacker/5 Loafer/2

Okay, so none of us knows how to sail a boat. Clearly this means we should burn the docks down before we leave.

It's OK. Besides, you returned to the land of the living just in time for Dirk not being able to access a computer for a week. The irony, the irony!

Male Impoverished Student 2/Amateur Chef 3

Yes! The gods command it! We must burn the docks and kill everyone who can sail a ship! Let us be on our way!

Male Human Actor 2/ Mime 1/ Drag Queen 1

We can go asking people "Have you seen any sailors" hahahaha just like that game they reviewed on X-play, But i like the burning stuff better muhahahahahahhahahaha.

I congradulate you all on the page of RP in my absence (which is still not over -- I've borrowed a computer for the evening).

PS Paris is awesome. Not only have I spent a lot of time in the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and the Picasso Museum, the driver on a tour boat was listening to Queen very loudly today. A trip on the Seine and Bohemian Rhapsody -- paradise.

Bastard. You've been sipping tea in Paris, while AWED and I have been sitting through the rather beastly 75-85 degree weather in NewF$~#ingYork. How's that for life. Frostbite to heatstroke in less than a month.

Its inevitable. The only mount that I am going to be able to find and steal is going to be a little weiner dog.

You could train that weiner dog to be a highly dangerous, heavy war-barded Weiner dog of DEATH!

People will laugh at your pooch until he tramples them--
...okay, until he tramples their feet-- under his vengeful weiner dog power!!

(edit) And of course, given further thought, at some point we'll have to help you aquire a specially-battle-trained Dire War Rat!

Male Impoverished Student 2/Amateur Chef 3

I considered creating someone very similair to Belkar for my character but decided against it. Mabye in another campaign. I'm kidding about the weiner dog. It wouldn't be big enough and I'd take a war pony or even a normal pony over a weiner dog. I do want a dire weasel mount though, that would be fun.

I wonder how much a Dire Weasel would cost.

Put your Viking helmet on,
