New Iconics

Savage Tide Adventure Path

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone has any of the basics (class/race/name/ect) on the new iconic characters featured in the Savage Tide ap artwork? Also appreciated would be info on the Age of Worms iconics as well.

Actually, with the announcement of super-sized final issues, it'd be great to see write-ups on all the iconics in the final issue of Dungeon. Do it in the format of Enemies and Allies, with each character presented at low, medium and high levels (which would also be in keeping with the present low/medium/high level adventure each issue).

Huh? Whu? Go back a second here, final issues? Final *issue*? Where on earth was this announced? Is Dungeon not going to be continuing?

Where the hell have you been for the past three days? It's been all over Paizo, ENWorld, WotC, and other sites...

Didn't they just announce it yesterday? I know I got the press release around 1pm edt, and there wasn't anything on the paizo site when I checked it around 9am edt. Cut the guy some slack. Sure its shocking, but geez. Anyhow, I was thinking, I've not seen this much action on these boards in a while (although, I will admit that I don't read as much as I did 6 months ago), but maybe all this kickstarted activity will have a positive effect on the industry.

Bryon, check out Phil Lacefield Jr's interview at PulpGamer.com. He gives a much more detailed and in depth look at the change and what it will entail than WotC's brief announcement.

Thank you very much. I hadn't seen anything go up prior to today, but now I'm beginning to see stuff all over the place like at the Order of the Stick comic.

Yes, we will. Starting in August, Paizo introduces their Pathfinder series, a new monthly adventure path series. Every 6 volumes will comprise a complete adventure path, with two adventure paths each year. In June, they're introducing the GameMastery line of modules, a roughly monthly series of one-shot adventures. Look at this page for your options on converting any remaining issues in your subscription.

Now, to get things back on topic...stat up the Dungeon Iconics!

That Sorceress chick looks like a SorcererX/WarlockX/Eldritch TheurgeX with an Imp familiar, runestave of Fire, and +1 adamantium flaming bladed gauntlet. She looks mostly human, but i have seen hints of wings in a few pics, so perhaps she is half fey?
The one in green looks like female elf druid with some sort of whip and a dinosaur animal companion.
One of the other dudes looks like some sort of tatooed monk with a quarter stave.

Just wanted to say I would also really really like to see the stats of the new iconics too. That sorceress is cool.

Wow...I've been collecting Dragon for maybe 8-9 years now. I just signed up for Dungeon. Dragon is the only magazine will get religiously, I just love it...even though I never play the game anymore. I can't believe it.

You will see stats for the new iconics: Each volume of pathfinder has pre-generated characters for lazy players (or impatient DMs). The pre-gens will be selections of the iconics at the appropriate level.

Cool thanks Ross. BTW where did you read that?

Around here somewhere, probably. We will indeed be giving our new iconics names and stats and personalities and histories in the form of pre-gens in each Pathfinder and each GameMastery module.

Cool, word from the main man himself. Sorry to ask another question, but I dont want to start another thread. Did you guys ever stat the Iconics from the Age of Worms? If so where can I find them?

Dark Archive
