Order # 718931


Customer Service


I sent an email to customer service last weekend and three working days have passed with no reply. This seems odd.

In the e-mail I asked if I could add a critical hit deck to order 718931 before it is shipped.

When I originally made the order, the latest shipping date was given as two weeks after the order was made April 8, so I suppose time is getting short.

Can nobody reply?

If someone could at least take the time to at least say, "no, we're not organized enough" that would be great.
