We all know about OotS. What other web comics do you read?
DM of the Rings is made of stills from the movies. The dialog is of a DM railroading his hack and slash players through the Lord of the Rings story.
Goblins life through their eyes.
W.O.G. World of Greyhawk comic.
xkcd Not D&D but interesting.

The Perry Bible Fellowship is the only funny comic strip that I've read in a really long time.

In addition to OOTS and Goblins...
Girl Genius - Phil Foglio steampunk
Buck Godot: Zap Gun For Hire - Classic Phil Foglio SciFi
Looking For Group - dark humor
Nodwick/Full Frontal Nerdity - One's a band of hapless adventurers and their put-upon Henchman. The other's a band of hapless gamer geeks.

Okay, I read a lot of web comics... I transition frequently, but the mainstays are:
Something Positive
A generally realistic comic with a good sense of humor and a rubber cat. Several times over the past year have nearly brought me to tears and has lifted me up when I was feeling very down. Some of Fred's quotes just hit me in the face saying "Darn that was good."
Zap in Space
This comic is one of my favorites. I am very fond of the sci-fi feel of epic proportions. There's a lot going on, and the artwork has done nothing but improve since its inception. I'm very happy with this comic, and they're going to print soon!
Errant Story
By Michael Poe, this webcomic makes me happy. It's definitely for mature audiences, as there are scenes of partial nudity every blue moon (okay, only once since I've been reading). The story takes place in a steampunkish world, and is very captivating. The art's quite nice as well. They have 2 print books out, if you choose to get the web comic in paper format.
Looking for Group
This blatant World of Warcraft webcomic just makes me laugh. A bit gory here and there, so definitely not for younger audiences. This is very fast-paced, and I might be tiring of this one soon, but this might work for you.
Dominic Deegan, Oracle for hire
Fairly mild, about a quirky cast. I'm very happy with this one. Generally, anyone should be able to read it. The world is fantasy, and Dominic and company tend to fall somewhere on the magical spectrum. I'm also fond of the orcs of the world (they're tribal vegetarians!). I also believe that DD has at least one volume out.
