The missing 146


Customer Service


I'm a happy Paizo customer...usually. I don't ocmplain since I get lots of awesome content with each magazine but now I've reason to complain. My subscription has yet to run out. I've still got a good 6 issues left. But one of them has gone missing. 146. The newest one has not yet arrived and its been a good 14-16 business days since it was sent out to suscribers. Should I be worried? Should I contact someone? And if I should, how do I do it? Give me some help here please cause I need my Paizo fix.

For a while there during the magazine sell-off they had one heck of a time finding my house, but they made good on it and shipments have been steady so far. I'd give it another week, and if you still don't see hide or hair of it, e-mail customer service and ask nicely about it (they've been very good about working with me in the past).


I don't usually get mine for 3-4 weeks after the date they list for shipping... getting them in 2 weeks would be really fast for me to see them. That said, I haven't seen 146 yet but I am not to the point where I would be concerned about it.

If I saw 147 come in I would be concerned enough to contact customer service :)

Hey all,

Dungeon #146 is still arriving steadily for subscribers, so we are asking everyone to wait a bit longer before requesting replacements. Thanks!

Also just as a sidenote, we ship subscriber issues directly from our printer out of state.


For what it's worth, mine was sitting on my coffee table at the house when I got home. I wasn't nervous, right on time as far as my expectations for Dungeon and Dragon.
