I placed this order online so my subscription wouldn't laspse. I have a receipt and now I have a notice saying my subscription has expired...what gives. I do not wish to miss a magazine as I am running this campaign. Can you fix this and will I get the present issue or ....????

Please help me out. I just had my subscription fixed from being mailed to the wrong address. I also did this online and it went to hell. Is the online system screwed up or am I just rolling back to back 1s?

I reviewed your subscriptions, and it appears that something was amiss, but you will not be missing any issues. Our system interpreted your renewal as a new subscription so you will, in fact, be receiving two copies of Dungeon 146. I have tied your subscriptions together properly and added an extra onto your renewal so the double will not be counted against it.

You may still receive a renewal notice or two, but these can be disregarded as you are all set for another year.
