Gary, you've done an amazing job with the spoiler and OOC markup codes on these boards and I think they're ingenious. One other code I'd like to see available though (assuming we don't already have it and I'm just dumb):
Bulleted and/or enumerated lists.
A lot of posts floating around here involve the posting of lists of things (house rules, party compositions, recommendations on feats/classes, etc.) and I think it would save a bit of confusion and limit the amount of scrolling necessary if we could have lists instead of having to separate everything with a double-return.
Just my $0.02. Love the site, though!

Check out the messageboards FAQ for all the tags you can use. Turns out you can make lists, though hardly anybody ever does.
The tags are:
{list}
{*} item one
{*} thing two
{/list}
And it renders like so:
- item one
- thing two
Also, I'm working on another new feature related to lists. Don't know when it'll be available (I've been working on this one for quite some time), but we'd like it to be sometime soon.

Here's one that's been making me feel a mite guilty. See I've got something like three different accounts now so I can have different characters on different boards. That's kind of cheating but it's the only way I know to do it. Any possibility of getting aliases for our accounts? You know, hop over to accounts maybe and click a dropdown that has our character names and avatars kinda' thing?
I don't know what hassles would be entailed in something like that...but it certainly would help. Not that you haven't done plenty though--really.

That's high on the to-do list... though the actual implementation will be much, much broader than your request. We think you'll all be pleasantly surprised at what you'll be able to do. But it'll probably be a few months.

OK, so Gary made it sort of happen in a few days. But what Gary has started really is just the beginning—we have planned many more cool things you can do with aliases and such that will actually take a few months.
