As for your number 4, much as I like the classics (werewolf), I'd probably go weretiger, after the illustration of the female weretiger in the 2nd edition monster manual. She's a fox! Well, a tiger... talk about "like a tiger"!

OMG...
The "Complete Munchkin" is genius! I think it would be awesome if WotC released a line of 'gag' books that included such classics as that one. It would have all kinds of new feats and prestige classes, including the Paragon of Powergaming PrC! It gets +2 BAB EACH LEVEL, full caster progression, and a bonus feat every level. Plus, it has a d20 hit die and 10 + Int skill points per level. The prerequistites are: Character must have no fewer than 4 books used in its original creation AND the character's very existance must have caused at least one DM to actually weep openly.
Prestige class: Lollipop Guild Journeyman.
FINALLY, some official backing for my Lollipop king representative halfling paladin. With inexplicable orange skin and overalls.
In the Lollipop Guild, you get an affiliation point for obtaining a vorpal blade, +1 point per every character level below 5th you are at the time of receiving said vorpal blade.
