Permanent illusion?

Age of Worms Adventure Path

In "Into the Wormcrawl Fissure" mention is made of several "permanent illusions" in the Apostle Caves. What, exactly, is a permanent illusion in game terms? I can't find reference to it in the rules. Is it just a typo? Do they mean the "permanent image" spell? What am I missing?

Its an illusion with permanency cast on it.

Probably means permanent image

Yes; the best and easiest way to make permanent illusions in D&D is the permanent image spell. Which, in previous editions of the game, was a spell called permanent illusion.

Right. Thanks. It was that phrase appearing in italics that was distracting. Made me think there was a spell description for that specific thing that I was missing somewhere. Thanks for clearing it up.
