We still send them out weekly, but there are a number of ways you can automatically be unsubscribed (the two most common: your e-mail address bounces for several consecutive weeks; or, if using AOL, you accidentally report us as spam).
You can fix yourself up, though—just go to your privacy settings page and check the appropriate box. (If it's already checked, make sure that messages from store@paizo.com are not ending up in a spam filter somewhere.)

I just sent an email to the address we have for you, which is the address to which we are (and have been) sending the Weekly Newsletter.
On our end, you do not appear to have been unsubscribed. Therefore, you should check your junk mail/spam filter settings, as Vic suggests, and ensure that messages from "store@paizo.com" can get through.
