I've been lapped! No Dungeon 143

Well, I've received Dungeon 144 in the mail today, and to date have seen neither hide nor hair of issue 143. I know that sometimes these things get delayed due to the vagaries of the postal service, so I figured I'd wait until I was "lapped" before I made mention of it.

Well, I'm assuming that I should have received issue 143 before 144, and in that case, the issue was lost in transit. Could one of you fine gentlepeople contact me about what I need to do to have another copy sent to me?
