Hello,
I have not receive Dragon Magazine Issue #352:

Can you tell me how I go about receiving a replacement issue? Everything was going great with my subscription but this last issue never came my way (as of 1/15).
It seemed like it was time to report it as I usually get the issue by the first week of every month with great consistency.

Ben,
Subscription issues can usually take as long as two weeks to reach US subscribers. For Dragon #352, the two week mark is today. However given that this issue came out during the tail end of the holiday shipping rush and on the date of an impromptu US Postal Holiday, we need to give it extra time to reach you.
Therefore, if you have not seen your issue by the end of next week (Jan 26), let us know and we can get a replacement shipped out to you at that time.

Wouldn't you know that it comes the day after (1/16) I post a message here. The two-week time period is good to know for future reference.
