I don't know who this should be aimed at exactly, but my wife got me a subscription (dungeon) for christmas (from amazon) and I'm not sure how, if at all, I can associate it with this account. I don't want to have a gap in issues or to get duplicates. The subscription will be going to the same address. Any suggestions?

Mailed in subscriptions (which includes subscription services like Amazon) are entered by address, so if it's going to the same name and address, it'll automatically get added to the existing account when we receive it.
