I have sent 2 e-mails to customer service about this and got nothing more than 2 automatic responses.
I have ordored a subscription to both Dragon and Dungeon, but they don't appear in the My Subscription tab. But the transaction appears on my credit card bill on Dec. 1st.
So is the subscription tab not showing it or did you now update my subscription?
I'm getting a bit impatient because I paid for it and I'm not getting anything.

I sent you an email about your subscriptions yesterday. Cosmo and I are doing the best we can to keep up with phones and email right now, but volumes are extremely high right now, so it can take awhile for any given inquiry to reach the top of the queue. We ask that folks be as patient as possible; we will get to everybody, just not immediately.
