So, my magazine subscriptions go home where I normally pick them up when I go on leave. In a recent conversation whith my brother he stated that he hadn't received an issue in a little while and I wanted to check and make sure that my issues were still shipping.

This is the first time I have used this forum to look for customer service assistance. Let me know if I need to provide you with any additional information of if my handle is sufficient.

Ok, I got your e-mail and now know that the issue was that the card I had on record has expired. No problem, will get the new information to you soon.

But this is where I would like clarification.

My magazine subscriptions have been paid for for a year or more now. The issue arrises with regard to a t-shirt order I made recently. I ordered a number of t-shirts and received all but one. This one was back ordered as it was out of stock. When it finally arrived at the wharehouse you tried to bill me for it and found that the original card had expired, and when you tried to contact me about it via e-mail I didn't receive it because I had labled customerservice@paizo.com as spam. No problem with my understanding so far.

So, there is a t-shirt that I have not paid for, but have not also received. Why is it that my magazine subscriptions have stopped shipping? I will soon resolve the issue with my payment method, but it will take a couple days as I am leaving active duty and will soon be returning home. Are my magazines (which as mentioned above, have already been paid for) being held hostage for the sum of $22.03? Once this issue is resolved will I receive the months of Dungeon and Dragon that have been witheld? I am not even certain which issues these are and will not be until I return home.

Thank you for your assistance so far. You guys make a wonderful product and I can't wait to arrive home and spend a couple days doing nothing but catching up on the Savage Tide and everything else.

I do not currently have access to the email that Michelle sent you, however I can assure you that we are not holding your subscription pending a new payment method on another order.

Upon review of you subscriptions, it appears that there was some problem with your address. When you get home, review the issues you have and let us know via an email to customer.service@paizo.com which issues you are missing.
