Didn't Receive Dragon #350

I have not yet received Dragon #350, which shows as having shipped on 7 Nov 06. I have received Dungeon #142, which shows as having shipped on 14 Nov 06. I have received two copies of Dungeon (#141 and #142) since the last issue of Dragon that I received (#349). Do you guys normaly send out another copy when this happens, or am I S.O.L.?


Strike that, I just received issue #350 in the mail. Pretend you never saw these posts.


Doing better than I. It's December and I still haven't got #350 yet...

Is there a policy on what to do when an issue is this late?
I was unable to reach CS by phone this week.

If my local post office lost or damaged it, i don't really expect
that they would admit to it anyway.

I've sent you an email about your subscription.


I went ahead and bought a copy from my local guy. My subscription (paid for and received once)is a no-show.

I just got Dragon 351 in the mail. Everything is cool.
