In the SCAP there was Hookface, in AoWAP there were Ilthane, Lashonna and Dragotha. What dragon will we see in the STAP? Zelkarune is already dead so (perhaps) he is out. Due to the terrain it is likely to meet a bronze dragon, but those are good. I want to see a really bad one. A true dragon from the Monster Manual. It would be great if it was a huge one with a corresponding "miniature" from wizards, for a great intimidating encounter. So perhaps a blue one?
Huge? No way, go Gargantuan Blue or Black (as both figs will be available). Of course that's in the CR 20-23 range...
I don't care if they meet their draconic doom in the last adventure as long as at least some of them pesky heroes do!

The original "Isle of Dread" had a green dragon, if I remember correctly-- keeping that critter would be an obvious thing to do (and it looks like the phanatons are staying in, as lame as they were). But, the name of the game notwithstanding, I'm a little "dragonned-out" after Dragotha. If there are no named dragons, I'll be perfectly content.
You could have half-dragon phanatons, for that matter.

While there IS a green dragon living on the Isle of Dread, it doesn't really play a role in the Campaing. A dragon turtle does play a role eventually. Overall, I wouldn't be surprised to see NO true dragons appearing in the campaign, to be honest. There's certainly none in any major role in the outline.
