It's located south of the Hold of the Sea Princes, and thus doesn't seem to be located in any of the regions (I assume you mean Living Greyhawk regions?)
The closest metaregion I can see is the Sheldomar Valley, of which the region of the Yeomanry (to the northwest of the Sea Princes) is a part.
You should check out the LG page at WotC if you want more information.

What region and/or metaregion is Sasserine in? Is it the Hold of the Sea Princess? Does anyone know of a good source for information on Greyhawk’s regions and metargions? Possible a map with that information.
The regions and metaregions are only really part of Living Greyhawk. For those, you should check out the Living Greyhawk RPGA page:
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=lg/welcomeSasserine is "Core" which is everywhere that isn't in a region or metaregion, although I am not aware of any references to or intentions to use it.
Starting with the GH '98 products (Player's Guide to Greyhawk and Greyhawk: The Adventure Begins), the Flanaess was roughly divided into "nine cultural and geographic regions" that are similar to the LG metaregions.
Sasserine would either be part of the "Sheldomar Valley" region as a former part of the Hold of the Sea Princes, or it would be an "Isolated Realm" as part of the Amedio Jungle.
For more on that, I'd suggest just getting any of the Greyhawk setting products as a pdf from the Paizo store. If you want fan material, check out Canonfire! It has a lot of fan created background, including maps.

What you're looking for, then, is something a bit different from the LG region/metaregion thing. Dragon Magazines #315 and 319 have regional feats for Greyhawk, based on where people come from. Basically, the regions there tend to conform to the geographic divisions laid out in the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer. In such a case, I'd imagine that Sasserine would conform to the Knowledge (local: Sea Princes) designation.
