I really hope I didnt spell that wrong, long days at work are accounting to my mental instability. I know that you guys are hearing alot of complaining from the Canadian subscribers. i just want to tell you all that I think you are doing a bang up job. I am still waiting for my subscriptions but I am still planning on buying a subscription to Dragon as well as my Dungeon subscription. Every time I have had a question, I have gotten quick replies, once I was even answered within five minutes. I just want to say that as much as I complain, I also appreciate the work that you all are doing for us. Cheers all.

The paizo staff pretty much defines customer service with their dedication and commitment to us, their customers. I have been surprised time and again by the level of service the staff at paizo delivers. I will never stop supporting or promoting you guys.

I have to agree. I've ordered several items from the Paizo store over the past year, and I've been extremely happy with the level of customer service I've received. I must admit I had a minor issue with one order (an item was left off), but Cosmo was very pleasant when I talked to him on the phone and he was quick to correct the problem and get the missed item sent to me. Thanks, dude.
Perhaps my favorite thing about ordering from Paizo -- apart from the warm fuzzy feeling I get from simply supporting a site by gamers for gamers -- is the fact that I can track my shipment every step of the way. When I get an email telling me my order is about to be shipped, I can see when it is expected to arrive, and I can track it through UPS as well.
For all orders so far, I received my package on the date given me as the expected arrival date. I know that's largely due to the carrier, but you guys get credit for giving me the UPS tracking number for my shipment and allowing me to track the package from my order history page.
I'm also a satisfied subscriber to both Dragon and Dungeon, and again I love the fact that I can check when my magazines were shipped.
So kudos to you, Paizo guys and girls. Keep up the great work.
