Dear Paizo-Crew, please send the USPS global parcel number
for above mentioned order.thank You and best regards
Loops
I'm sorry, but we do not have this number for you as USPS does not provide tracking information.
I am assuming this means that your order has not arrived. Rest assured that while most shipments to Europe will arrive much more quickly, it is not unheard-of for orders to take as long as 6-8 weeks to reach their destinations. If, for any reason the package should be returned to us then it can be in transit for as much as twice this long.
However, it is extremely rare that a package gets lost entirely. Something nearly always shows up at one end or the other at some point. Therefore, we must give your package more time to arrive. I'm sure it has just been delayed somewhat for any one of a myriad of reasons and will show up any day now. If it shows up back here, I will email you immediately.
Thanks,
cos

Thanks to both of You for the quick answer.
As an employee at "Deutsche Post/DHL" explained to me,
there is a difference between a tracking number and a
parcel number. Quote: "Every parcel has a number". But
maybe he is just wrong. Knowing the "Deutsche Post" this would'nt surprise me.
Best regards
