I am a new international subscriber to Dungeon and the first issue I expected to receive was #137. The FAQ says I can expect to wait 8 weeks from the shipping date but its 11 weeks now. Is it unusual to wait this long for a sunscriber living in Sydney?
Your first issue is indeed 137, which shipped on June 26. Unfortunately, while 8 weeks is the usual time, it can take as long as 12 for issues to reach Australia. If it hasn't arrived by September 24, drop us a line at customer.service@paizo.com and we'll get you taken care of.
Today I just received issuie 138 YEA and im really exceited as I haven't read Dungeon for about 7 years! However still no 137. I will wait a couple more weeks than send the email as insructed.
Yeah, the other fun part of subscriptions to Australia and New Zealand is that the shipping time is long enough and variable enough that issues don't always arrive in order. We had one issue, 134 I think, that apparently hopped a plane at some point and not only beat 133 to subscribers but also 132. Boy, did we have a lot of confused people that week. :)
