Irritating Merchandise Delay

I placed order #645659 over a month ago now and one of the items in question is still not in stock. Because the one item has not come in yet, the rest of the order is being held up. Is there anyway you can send me the parts of the order that you DO have now and then send the missing unit whenever you get more in stock? I've been waiting patiently for a long time now and I would just like to get SOME of my order shipped to me. If this is not possible, could you just REMOVE the item that hasn't come in from my order, refund the cost, and ship the other items? I don't really think that particular item is worth all this waiting.


I feel for you Fatespinner, I placed an order on June 1st and I still have not received it or any news about it. Just the dreaded "Waiting for Product" message.

They just shipped one of my orders, minus one of the items that is not yet in stock. My question is: will I be charged additional shipping when that last item is shipped separately?
