Hi,
Sorry to bother you but what is the appropriate waiting time to receive my subscription? Checking out 'my subscriptions', the next issue will be shipping shortly and i'm just wondering if you could please send out another copy of Dungeon 137.
'My Subscriptions' says that Dungeon 137 shipped 06/26/06, and i haven't recieved it yet. Dragon 347, on the other hand, shipped 07/05/06 and its already here.
Thanks for your time.
-Jody.

Hi everyone,
I was just reading through the Dragon mini-to ship thread and I just wanted to say that I'm fine waiting for the magazine. You guys sound like your really busy and I appreciate all your hard work, i really do, I just don't know when to consider it(the mag) over due.
We're playing SCAP anyway @ 1 session a month so i can wait for it to show up. The articles every month are always done so well, i'm sure you can understand why I can't wait to look over the most recent issue.
No harm, no foul, I'll post again in a couple weeks if it still hasn't arrived.
Later, and thanks again for all the effort everyone puts into getting us our D&D fix. :)

I have the same situation. I've never received Dragon before Dungeon, but this month Dragon showed up and I still haven't seen Dungeon #137. Says it shipped on June 26th in my account... I'm starting to think the mailman swiped it cuz of the hottie on the front. :) I think he thinks it's an BDSM mag! :))

Jody,
For Canadian subscriptions, we usually wait at least three weeks from the date of shipment (which is today) before sending a replacement. However, given that we had a US postal holiday in the interim, we need to give it an extra week. If you still haven't seen your issue by Friday (7/21), let me know (via phone, email, or msgboard post) and I'll get a replacement shipped out.
Craig,
As you're in the US, your issue should have arrive by now. A replacement's on its way.
Thanks,
cos

I thought my issue was lost (but it arrived today, with no reason given by the postman for the delay), and Michelle from Customer Service had a replacement issue ready to roll for me within hours of her getting my e-mail.
Luckily I caught her in time with another e-mail telling her my issue arrived so she would not have to send me an extra one.
Morals:
1.) The post office is tight-lipped.
2.) Paizo customer sercive ROCKS!
3.) Paizo should take over the postal service.

Hi Cosmo, sorry to bother you again but order #654803 has not arrived. I was sent an email July 27th which sayed it had been sent by USPS global priority (parcel)on the 27th of July. I don't really know the turn around time for 'prioriyty parcel' but previously items sent to me by paizo through this method have arrived quickly and i suspect that this order too is now lost. Please advise.

Jody,
While most shipments will arrive much more quickly, deliveries to Canada can take as long as three weeks to reach their destinations. Therefore, if you haven't received your order by the end of this week, send me an email and we can work from there.
thanks,
cos
