Update on downloads?

Dungeon Magazine General Discussion

Online downloads for Dungeon are awesome. I would in fact pay more to have access to them. Maybe you should consider restricting access to them for subscribers only as a way to encourage subscriptions? They really are too excellent to be given away for free.

Anyhoo, three sentences in and I am already off-topic:

So… --> Any update on when we can expect the downloads for #135, #136, and the recently received #137?

I appreciate the downloads are always going to be a bit behind, but as my excitement builds for the next Adventure Path: Savage Tides, I worry that the online download supplements for Savage Tides will lag two or three months behind the magazine.

Thanks for the great work! Please flog the online-download-scanner-.pdf'er guy to exert greater efforts.

Dammit man! I need my downloads!! ;)

I would not restrict the online downloads, which are btw really excellent, because they can lead to new customers.

I did not read dungeon even if I am playing AD&D and D&D for nearly 15 years now, but got interested in the magazines because of the free online downloads. Now I got hooked (should I say addicted) and ordered a subscription.

The downloads, especially the npc faces, helped me very much in enhancing my campaigns. So please keep it up and maybe you could put more npc pictures into the magazine and the download.

I would strongly disagree with restricting downloads to only "subscribers" because some of us purchase every month through a local store. I personally made the conscious choice to continue purchasing from a local store after watching a store where I grew up close for lack of business.
I think that supporting our hobby sometimes means paying a little more to have a place where I can go to interact with other gamers instead of purchasing online or at a Barnes and Nobles.
I truly respect and enjoy the work that Eric and co here provide, but as long as a few coppers in the coffers at my local store help them stay open I will continue to purchase Dungeon and many other products here.

We have no plans on restricting the map supplements to subscribers. As for the late #135 (and onward) supplements... we're working on them. Convention season + starting a new adventure path + a super-sized anniversary issue kinda took over everything here for the past few months...

Any rough approximation as to when we might expect them?

It's convention season, which takes its toll on things, but we should be caught up very soon now.
