Order placed on June 1st

I placed an order on June 1st for 2 sets of 3 different colored Japanese d6's, the Corsair book and some downloads. I received the downloads fine. (Very enjoyable looking over those old modules) As for the other items I ordered, no sign of them.

I have spoken to Cosmo previously on the phone, but that was about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have since emailed both Cosmo and Phil (on July 5th) but have received no reply from either of them. As far as customer service goes, you folks are sorely lacking. I understand that the dice are coming from Eastern Europe, but over a month lag time, shesh.

Has anyone else had this much problems getting their items? I hope not. Can someone please let me know what is going on with my order?


I've noticed that all the other posts that were made on the same day as my post have had replies.

Am I being ignored? I just want an answer to the question I orginally posted.

I can't speak for customer service, but I just somehow missed your post last time.

I know we've had problems getting the backordered Q-Dice in the last few weeks, but only Phil would know the exact status. I'll ask him for an update.

I wish I had better news, kids, but the Polish company who makes these dice seems to have vanished. I have been trying to get ahold of them for a solid month about not only restocking (because their dice are more popular than ever!) but also about selling their dice at such shows as Origins and GenCon this summe. Now, they're supposedly buying a booth themselves at GenCon, so with any luck I'll see them there - but so far, Iv'e no news to report about ANY orders of Q-Workshop dice for the forseeable future.

I'll keep you updated as to what I find out. Stay tuned!


Thank you Vic and Phil for your replies. If it is at all possible could you just send what you currently have of my order and back order the stuff that is currently in limbo.

After reading several other posts, mostly regarding the Sorcerer on a Black Dragon, I realize that I haven't given the customer service department the time it needed to deal with my order.

In short I just wanted to extend an apology to Cosmo and Phil. You both are doing an excellent job of trying to fufill all of the outstanding orders for the SoBD, not to mention the D&D boardgame and all the other stuff.

Thanks Phil for the info regarding Q-workshop. Apparently their the ones holding up all the orders. Hopefully we will be hearing something from them soon.
