Hello, i'm from New South Wales, Australia and I was wondering if i could preorder the Collosal Red Dragon DnD Icon Mini?
It would be my first order of anything over the internet and i would very much like to have this mini.
I was also wondering if perhaps the same mini would be available for purchase here in Oz?
Thanks for any help anybody can offer

As a recent traveller to Australia, I only saw one place that carried D&D items. I can't remember the name of the place, but it was on Pitt St under the Monorail and there's a comic store across the street. The majority of the stock on the first floor is board games, with some miniatures behind the desk.
Based on their markup, I think you're better off ordering online (depending on shipping). A Player's Handbook there was A$70 (US$54.50 at the time).
There's also a Wizards distribution center outside of Sydney (one of the 'burbs), but it's not likely that they sell.
Hope this helps.
Todd

Probably—petty much any store that carries D&D can order it from their distributor.

TrueHereticX, I live in Melbourne and used to subscribe to Dungeon Magazine but gave it away because of the delays. Most magazines I recieved in the mail came later than when they would appear in the local newsagency.
With bulk buys or single item purchases (like your figure) they are very good and reliable so don't hesitate in buying such an item from them in this manner. Just steer clear of subscriptions ;)
