I´ve just received my Black Dragon with mounted sorcerer promo mini. It´s fantastic but I also ordered a book named Fairysong: A gallery of Fairies, sprites and Nymphs that it is stated in your web page to cost 18$. But I´ve received a book Fairy Tails that, not only it isn´t what I ordered but in addition it costs only 9$ . I feel totally disappointed and I´d like to get what I ordered and return what I´ve received in its place which in addition has a little problem in one of its pages. I don´t Know what is the procedure I has to follow in order to return the book received and get what I ordered. Please, need advise. Thanks for your help.

I apologize for the mixed up order! Please just ship the incorrect item back to us and I 'll get the correct book sent out to you as soon as possible. Upon receipt, I'll credit your shipping costs back to the card the originated the order.

Thanks very much for the quick answer. Sorry for being so angry before but the book I ordered, was going to be a birthday present for my girlfriend, that would like to have it. I will return the book as soon as possible.
