I've been poring through "Tome of Magic" lately, and one of my players has expressed interest in playing a binder once "Savage Tide" rolls around. I thought it might be interesting to make Kyuss a vestige now that he has been defeated. I want him to be a relatively high-level one to reflect his power in the "Age of Worms," but I'm not sure what powers he should get. Obviously something worm related, maybe a touch attack every 5 rounds that deals Intelligence damage/drain. Perhaps he could give the binder immunity to disease and slight undead traits as well, but I didn't want to make him too similar to Acererak.
Any thoughts?

Kyuss wanted to become the Lord of All Undead, didn't he? So the ability to Rebuke (not turn, and regardless of alignment) would be appropriate. However, that might step on Tenebrous' toes too much.
How about the ability to summon a specific undead companion/minion, similar to the way that Agares allows you to summon an Earth Elemental. (I'm not sure which undead would be appropriate for this - and should it be a single undead, or a small group of less powerful ones?)

What's a vestige?
Vestiges are spirits detached from the multiverse. They exist not on any plane or in any place anyone can reach. Their only window into reality comes from being summoned by binders making pacts with them (quote from Matthew Sernett lead designer on The Tome of Magic).
Vestiges are part of the sub-magic system called Pact Magic found in the Tome of Magic.
