True Ghoul?

I vaguely remember a new monster in either a recent dungeon or dragon that had true ghouls. I can't recall the article name so I can't use the index sites. In fact I believe the true ghoul appeared in both dragon and dungeon.

Any kind soul remember the issue number?

check out the libris mortis in the monster section. The true ghoul of 2nd ed is now called a gravetouched ghoul. basically it is a ghoul with class levels and sentient intelligence. pretty nasty folks. thanks wolfgang

They don't seem the same to me. However since its a template and only +2 ECL it will suffice for now. I am running a one shot and one of my players wants to play a ghoul. I suggested true ghoul and he wanted more info. Thanks.
