I may have missed this, but for the month to month subscription(s) is there a set day that you apply the charge to the credit card, bank account or whatever? Or does it change every month?
Thanks!
It changes every month, but it'll always be just under two weeks before issues ship to subscribers.

Hmm . . . This seems to be as good a place as any to ask my question about the MtM subscription.
I signed up for the MtM subscription with my debit card. It has been lost and replaced since that time. Where would I go to update the billing info? I tried under "My Subscriptions" at the top of the site, but all it gave me the option of changing was the shipping address.
I would expect that if it comes time to charge my account for the next issue and the info is not accurate (due to the cancelled card), I will not be getting the issue.
Thank you.

There's two ways to deal with this. The first is to do nothing until we process the next issue. When a credit card on a MtM sub is rejected we'll send you an email containing a link that you use to change the associated credit card.
Or if that is too much risk of missing an issue for you, you can call me at the Customer Service phone line (425-289-0060) with the new CC number.
Thanks!

I just realized that I could get a month-to-month subscription, and this may be the way for me to go. A quick question: Will you inform me in advance when my cash will be withdrawn? In a previous post, it was mentioned that the date is random. Just wondering, so's I don't get caught with no cashola in the bank when you try and charge my card.
Keep up the great work!

Tys - this is only from my experience, so I can't vouch for how it may work for you. If you've got a valid email associated with your Paizo account, you'll get sent an email stating Issue #x was shipped out. The email will contain a date, my account usually gets nailed one to three days after that. For both Dungeon and Dragon each month, it runs $4.54 per issue. Keep at least $10 as a buffer and you should be fine. :D

Well, since this is here, I might want to throw in my question: I signed up back in May for my MtM, my card was charged, but I have yet to see my first issue...Is there some sort of waiting time on that? I had assumed my first issue would have been this month's, but alas, no Dragon 345 :(
First of all: Best. Avatar Name. Evar. (provided, of course, it really is a "They Live" reference)
And for your question(s):
We got your subscription order on 5/20/06 and the deadline for issue #345 was 5/18/06. So you timed it just right to get the maximum amount of lead time before your first issue, which will be #346.
Congratulations or condolences, whichever you find more appropriate.
And the charge you saw on your card was actually just the initial authorization. This is a non-monetary transaction that just checks to make sure the card is valid. No actual money has been taken from your account. Yet.

D'oh! We'll change that to say that an issue *will be* shipped on the appropriate date.
The email will contain a date, my account usually gets nailed one to three days after that.
We actually charge your card immediately before the e-mail goes out, but it may take a day or three for your bank to post the transaction to your account.

Keep in mind that month-to-month subs are discounted off the cover price, so when the cover price changes, so does the amount you get charged.

Is the MtM subscription available to european subscribers, too ? I haven´t seen the option last time I looked, but maybe I´m just blind.
No, we couldn't figure out a way to make it work with a discount for anybody but US and Canadian subscribers.
"Subscribe month-to-month for only 25% over cover price!" isn't a particularly compelling sales pitch.
