Right now there are two on going quarterly articles (Core Beliefs & Demonomicon) that I just absolutely love. I was hoping that just maybe Dragon could start a couple more quarterly articles for the in between issues. What the articles might be I have no idea, but it would be great to look forward to an awesome quarterly article every issue. Ofcourse that might also be a little overload with Wormfood and a quarterly article appearing in every issue. Anyway just a thought.

I'd love to see an article on the "named" mages associated with various spells and magic items. Something along the lines of the Core Beliefs article, featuring not only the mage's history, current whereabouts, and statistics, but also other namesake spells, magic items, etc. It could feature magi as famous as Tenser to relatively obscure ones like Agannazar and Kauper.

Evard appeared as a Critical Threat in Dungeon awhile back, and featured a new spell with his name, so something along those lines only with greater depth could make for an interesting series, eh?

i agree, but then you probably already knew that. ;)

you've got wizards from Greyhawk like Evard, Tasha, Melf the elf, Bucknard, Leomund, and of course any other former or current member of the Co8.

from Forgotten Realms, there are the obvious choices which have been done to death, but you have others like Aganazzar, Snilloc, Presper, Flamsterd, and numerous others.

and then there are really obscure ones like the named wizards from the 2nd edition version of the Tome of Magic. :)
