Steve, if we're going to piddle about spelling, we may as well piddle about P.C. Politics. "Idiots" would have been a more kind word to use; it may lack that certain sting you're going for, but it isn't a put-down to those with special needs. There are plenty of special kids out there that wouldn't appreciate being compared negatively to a paladin.

If you guys've ever seen the G.I. Joe videos (try ebaumsworld.com), there's one with some kids Ice Skating (the "Do you know my dad" clip). At the end, this guy randomly says, "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
It's very useful when cheering on cross country/track teamates.
