I know its shocking, I only have the 3.0 DMG, and have been using the SRD, so can anyone out there pony up the stats for the 3.5 hand of Vecna. If this is verbotten, then I apologize but I am kind of well you know, up a creek here.

unfortunately (much to my chagrin), the Hand does not seem to be in the SRD. thusly, no one can copy and paste it here for you. you need to find someone with a copy of the 3.5 DMG.
The Hand of Vecna is the same in both the 3.0 and 3.5 DMG
Ah well that is good news, I thought that most of the SRD 3.5 artifacts looked suspiciously like the 3.0 DMG's stats but had thought that maybe the save DCs had gone up.
I guess the Key though is the 20th level caster on the unholy word. If the PCs are 15th level or below its a TPK automatically.
