Anyone can add entries to it and it's not limited to just Dungeon (though you can search if for just Dungeon). I haven't updated it in a while since I'm busy with Shackled City. It's current through #124.
Thanks, that's useful. Perhaps you could add a marker/symbol to indicate that an entry is part of the campaign workbook series. Those are really useful to track down.
