How to get Spectral Hand as a Cleric?

Hey everyone,

I'm playing an archer cleric and I don't want to get into melee to heal people.

I wanted to be able to shoot people with merciful curing arrows, but that's a no-go. Selective Channeling is pretty good, but not good enough.

I know there's a way to use wands of spectral hand; but that's expensive for both skill points in UMD and for the cost of the wand.

Any way to just get it on the spell list?
