This feature was in fact added to our big stack of feature request ponies just last week. Unsure of when we'll get to it though -- consensus was that it should go near the bottom of the stack. You know, after things like fixing messageboard bugs and whatnot. :-)
(However, in between creating other ponies, we've been known to pull new pony requests from the bottom of the deck.... so you never know.)

In case you're wondering about Gary's use of the word "ponies," it's an in-house term meaning "feature request." Like when I tell Gary "I want better phrase searching, the ability to track UPS shipments, and more messageboard avatars. And I also want a pony."
The best part is that Gary's little scripty things that do repetitive tasks are called robots, so some of our ponies are really special shiny robot ponies.

So would podcasting, though...;-)
I can see it now... a podcast of the best Customer Service phone call every week!
Maybe a special 'cast once a month where I describe the daily process I go through sorting the real CS emails from the hundreds of junkmails...
I could even interview Jeff in the warehouse about the most effective shipping methods and best brand of styrofoam peanut...
Wow... You're right, that would rock.

Just a general d20 podcast is in the realm of rockage - the pickings are few and far between in podcast RPG land, and none of them seem to update on a regular schedule. Sneak peeks, interviews with staff members, upcoming projects, behind-the-scenes stuff...

Pfft... well, yeah... I mean if you wanted it to be all "game-y" or even "relevent"...
But how cool would it be if it were just about ME? Huh?
The answer? VERY.

Do they have laser eyes?

An RSS feed would be great. I've been looking for more ways to customise my D&D gmail account.

I've recently subscribed to the messageboard RSS feed on my mobile phone, enabling me to browse posts on the hour and half tram commute to/from work. It's great :-)
As I have a limited monthly Meg allowance on my phone plan, minimising downloads is important. RSS feed allows me to list through topic headings and summaries, allowing quick and direct access to topics of interest, without having to navigate the website page-by-page. This is a good thing.
The only drawback is that once I select a thread I want to read, I'm back to viewing an entire webpage on my mobile phone again. It would be good if only the messageboard posts appeared, without the surrounding website navigation etc.
I don't know if this is possible or not? Just thought I'd ask.
Cheers :-)
