Subscription problem - never received Dungeon #125


Customer Service


The issue is very late at this point, much later than it has ever been. I haven't gotten a response to my customer service emails. Can someone send me a replacement copy of 125 please?

I've also recently sent an e-mail to Customer Service (just today) for a missing copy of 125. But I figured I'd chime in here to increase my chances of getting my replacement copy quickly. ;)


I haven't recieved mine either, although I've now bought one at my local hobby shop - my group is playing the adventure path and I needed to have the issue this week. This is the second time in the subscription period that I haven't gotten my issue. I'm also curious as to why the local hobby shop has the magazine way before me...if you send out the subscription issues first?


I have not got mine yet either. It made me sad to see it on the self of my gaming store before I got mine.

Just chiming in as well: I'm in the same club as the rest. Still haven't received anything yet. I did post in another thread on this topic, and was advised to email customer service. I did so, but still haven't received a response.


Vancouver, Canada here and I have not yet received 125. I just emailed customer service. Does anyone else notice that in the My Subscriptions page 126 is skipped? It goes straight from 125 to 127, which ships Aug. 23.

Yes, it looks the same in my subscription information. I planned on addressing that with cutomer service once they contact me about not getting 125.

By the way, my latest copy of Dragon just arrived, so I'm only missing out on Dungeon, unfortunately I'm dying to read up on the Age of Worms.

On my subscription page, it lists #126 of Dungeon as shipping in July. Still haven't actually received anything yet though. :-(

Did you happen to resubscribe recently? I did a few weeks ago and ever since then I have not received my issue and this weird gap in my subscription appears. Maybe there is some software glitch when you try to resubscribe online.

I resubscribed recently, and I am seeing 126 in my subscrption info.

Yes, I did resubscribe recently, within the past few weeks. I wanted to do it before there was a gap in my magazines...

I also haven't received my issue #125, though I did email customer service last Thursday and got a prompt response that I'd receive another copy on Friday. I also still haven't received my most recent issue of Dragon. I'm holding off on dubbing it lost since it was only sent on the 5th, however.


I just got my copy of 125 today! Now I can enjoy it.
